Man to face serious sexual offence charges in Colchester
It's in connection with the sexual assault of a girl nearly 30 years ago.

It follows the investigation into an allegation a child had been assaulted in Colchester between 1992 and 1993.
Martyn Shepherd, 43, of California Close, Colchester is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on 13 April to face charges of serious sexual assault.
Essex Police said they understand these cases can be distressing for some people and they would like to reassure everyone they have specialist officers who support victims and investigate these types of offences.
