Man stabbed in Grays assault
Another man was also assaulted, and reportedly punched several times
A man has suffered stab wounds after an assault in Grays last weekend.
On Sunday (November 5th) just after midnight Essex Police responded to Wharf Road where it was reported two men being seriously assaulted.
During the assault outside The Wharf Pub, one man was reportedly punched several times and another man sustained stab wounds to his body.
They were taken to hospital and their injuries are thought to be serious but not life-threatening.
Essex Police say their enquiries are ongoing and they're appealing for anyone who witnessed the assault or has more information to get in touch.
