Man armed with knife robs shop in Walton-on-the-Naze

There has been a robbery at a shop in Walton-on-the-Naze, involving a man armed with a knife.

He stole a three-figure sum of cash from Quality Foods in Old Pier Street at 10.20pm on Tuesday (17 August).

The man has been described as short, stocky, in his 30s, and wearing all black and a baseball cap.
