Man in his thirties dies after one vehicle collision in Southminster

Essex Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage after a fatal collision in Southminster.

They were called to the one vehicle crash in Foxhall Road, Steeple, on Sunday (July 23) just after 4:30pm.

A man in his thirties, from St Lawrence, who was driving the car, died at the scene despite the best efforts of paramedics.

A passenger in the silver BMW, another man, is still in hospital being treated for serious injuries.

A statement from Essex Police said: "We continue to investigate the circumstances around the collision and we’re appealing for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage of the incident or the moments leading up to it to get in touch.
