Man dies after crash in Harlow
Another man remains in a serious condition

A man has died after a crash in Harlow overnight.
Yesterday evening (September 21), just after 10pm, it was reported to police that a vehicle left the road and stopped in a river in Burnt Mill Lane.
Two men in their 20s were pulled out of the vehicle and taken to hospital, one man sadly died, the other is in a serious condition.
Police don't believe another vehicle was involved currently and officers are continuing to investigate.
