Man charged with sexual assaults in Southend

A man has appeared in court as part of an investigation into alleged sexual offences against two people.
The charges relate to alleged offences at Southend Hospital, in Westcliff.
Twinkle Parappully, 46, of Silverdale Avenue, Westcliff, is charged with three offences under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
He appeared at Southend Magistrates’ Court on Monday 22 September, where he was granted bail with a number of conditions attached.
He is next due to appear at Basildon Crown Court on 24 October.
