Man charged with murder after Chelmsford death

A man has been charged with murder after the death of a man in Chelmsford on Monday.

Police were called to reports of a man being seriously injured in Nelson Grove at around 4:30am.

He was later pronounced dead at the scene.

Marek Hecko, 25, of Rookes Crescent, is charged with murder and is due to appear before Colchester Magistrates Court today (July 28).
