Man charged with murder after death of woman in Chelmsford
The victim in her thirties was pronounced dead at Rothmans Avenue on Wednesday
A man has been charged with murder following the death of a woman at a property in Chelmsford.
Essex Police were called to Rothmans Avenue on Wednesday (26 April) just before 5:10am to an address.
They found a woman in her thirties unresponsive in the property and she was sadly pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
Mark Donovan, 38, of Rothmans Avenue, Chelmsford, has been charged by investigating officers with murder.
He's due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Friday 28 April.
Police have said at this stage they are not in a position to name the woman.
They are continuing to appeal for anyone with information to get in contact.
