Man charged in connection with two reported sexual assaults in Grays

A man has been charged in connection with two alleged sexual assaults in Grays.

Police received reports about incidents in London Road at 4.30pm and 6.45pm on Saturday (16 July).

Leonard Scamp, 32, of Love Lane, Aveley has been charged with two counts of sexual assault.

He’s due to appear at Southend Magistrates’ Court today.
