A man has appeared in court changed with the murder of a man in Pitsea almost four years ago.

21 year old Dwayne Forrester was found seriously injured in the Little Garth area on 7 July 2018 and later died.

Detectives say after an extensive investigation 24 year old Hayden Line, of Esmond Close in Rainham, has been charged with his killing.

He's been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Basildon Crown Court next Tuesday.

During the investigation police took more than 400 statement, seized more than 800 pieces of evidence and view more than 180 hours of CCTV.
