Man charged after lorry crash in Chelmsford
A German national has been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving
A German national has been charged after a crash in Chelmsford.
A car and a lorry were involved in a collision on Boyton Hall Lane at around 10:35am on Tuesday (July 5).
The driver of the car has been treated in hospital.
44 year old Vyavtas Morkvnas, of Haupstrasse, Hattenhofen, is accused causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
He is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (July 7).
Police are still seeking witnesses or anyone who captured dashcam footage at the scene.
