Man charged after fatal crash near A12 at Kelvedon

A man has been charged in connection with a fatal crash close to the A12 at Kelvedon.
Five vehicles were involved in the collision on London Road shortly before 9:35pm on September 3.
A man, now named as 30 year old Max Mayo of Feering, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two people were also seriously injured in the crash.
A man and a woman were arrested shortly after the incident.
Liam O’Brien, 32, of Navarre Gardens, in Romford has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and causing the serious injury of two people by dangerous driving.
He's due to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on October 4.
The woman has been released under investigation.
Police are still appealing for witnesses.
