Man charged after drugs raid in Clacton

He's accused of being involved in the supply of Class A drugs

A man's been charged with drugs offences after a police raid in Clacton earlier this week.

Officers carried out searches at an address on Beach Road in the early hours of Tuesday (June 28).

34 year old Scott Warner, of no fixed address, is accused of being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin.

He is also accused of driving while disqualified, driving without due care and attention, driving without insurance, driving without a licence, failing to stop and fraudulent use of a registration mark.

He appeared at Colchester Magistrates Court on Wednesday (June 29) and is due before Chelmsford Crown Court on July 27 in connection with the drugs offences.

Warner has admitted to the dirving offences and has already been handed 16 weeksn in prison and a 20 month driving ban.
