Man arrested in connection with attempted kidnapping in Harlow
It's after a teenage girl was attacked by a man close to Oakwood Pond

Police have arrested a man in connection with the attempted kidnapping of a teenage girl in Harlow on Wednesday.
It happened close to Oakwood Pond, between Upper Park and Fourth Avenue, shortly before 4:20pm on June 15.
The teenager reported before approached from behind and grabbed, with the man attempting to take her away.
She was able to get away and wasn't hurt. She's now being supported by specialist officers.
A 29 year old man from Harlow is being questioned on suspicion of sexual assault and kidnapping.
He remains in custody for questioning.
Police believe there is no further risk to the public, but they're still appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
