Man killed in Harlow named by police

The victim died after being attacked in Harlow earlier this month.

Essex Police has named the man killed following an assault in Harlow earlier this month.

Cristian-Marin Patru, 24, died following an attack at an address in The Hides at around 5.40pm on Monday 8th November.

Three men have appeared in court charged with his murder.

Jaden Drake, 23, of Maclean Road, Bournemouth and Fraser Chung, of Tudor Avenue, Cheshunt, and Igors Anderson, of Tickenhall Drive, Harlow – who are both 18 – appeared at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 16th November.

They are next due to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on Wednesday 17th November.

Police are continuing to appeal for anyone who saw anything or has any CCTV, dash cam, or doorbell footage, who they’ve not already spoken to, to come forward.

They particularly want to speak to anyone in the area between 3pm and 6.30pm or has footage of that time period.
