Essex police received several calls from concerned members of the public last night following a large car meet, consisting of around 100 vehicles.

Reports included incidents of anti-social behaviour and extreme noise levels around Howard Way, Edinburgh Way, and Burnt Mill areas in Harlow.

To minimise the disruption for Harlow residents, a dispersal order was put in place at around 10 pm last night, covering areas concerned and has since been lifted.
