Search for person who left scene of collision in Greys

Police are looking for information on a person who left the scene of a serious collision in Greys.
The incident occurred at 5.15pm yesterday evening (November 12) in Dock Road involving two vehicles, a Volkswagen and a Kia; Initial reports suggested that there was a head on collision between the cars.
On arrival at the scene, police were informed one person had left and it is believed that the individual may be seriously hurt.
