Giant hole cordoned off on Shoebury East Beach
HM Coastguard were called yesterday afternoon
Members of the public are being urged to avoid a giant hole on Shoebury East Beach.
The HM Coastguard were called yesterday afternoon to the hole which has been discovered, and was already cordoned off when they arrived.
It's measuring 9ft long, 7ft wide and 5ft deep.
Officers say the findings have been reported to Dover Maritime Coordination Centre and are asking the public to keep away.
They've also issued a reminded to parents that children should not venture into any holes on the beach, as they can collapse around you.
