Police stop traffic on QEII Dartford Crossing as they're called to concerns for welfare

Essex Police are dealing with concerns for the welfare of a man on the Dartford River Crossing this morning (March 12).

They were called around 6am, and have stopped traffic at the QEII bridge whilst they "work to bring the situation to a safe conclusion".

Officer say they understand the traffic will be impacting people's journey's this morning, but are asking drivers to be patient.
