Cordon in place in Colchester after concerns for welfare
Police say they will release more information when they can
A cordon's been put in place by Essex Police, following calls this morning over concerns for a man's welfare in Colchester.
The reports were issued to the force around 8:30am, and the closure of the St Johns Car Park remains in place.
Essex Police have thanked the patience of locals, and say they will be releasing more information when they can.
