Man accused of murdering woman in Colchester in court
Mary Wells died on Laing Road in January
After a woman died in Colchester, a man is in court accused of her murder today.
21-year-old Adam Butt, from Laing Road, is accused of killing Mary Wells in January.
He'll appear at Chelmsford Crown Court.
Mary's family, in the US, said at the time of her death:
“Mary lost her mom a few years ago, but she had a goal to make her mom proud of her.
“She was looking to excel in life and will be loved and missed by all.”
