Clacton man in court charged with indecent assault

A man from Clacton will be appearing at court today (3 August), in connection with allegations of indecently assaulting two underage girls in the 1970s.

Ian Vinnell, aged 83, of Albany Gardens West, faces four counts of indecent assault.

He is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court.
