A charity in Essex says it's hearing from lots of people affected by fuel poverty.
It's as the energy price cap rises 10 per cent today - pushing the average cost of gas and electricity bills up around 150 pounds a year.
Citizens' Advice in Chelmsford is urging people who're struggling to come forward.
Alexis Castleton - who's from there - has this message. "You are not on your own, do call us, we have people with no electricity, no hot water, people who own their homes but can't get them fixed, it's across the spectrum."
A helpline number on the subject has been set up: 08081896550.
