Police cordon off area of Colchester park

Part of Castle Park in Colchester was cordoned off by police this morning.

A man's body was found in Kings Meadow.

Officers were called just after 5.10 this morning and put tape around the area.

The cordon has now been lifted (10.10am).

Essex Police say they are not treating the man's death as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
