Essex Police are appealing for witnesses, information and footage after a crash last month in Basildon.

On Saturday December 16th, a car and a scrambler bike crashed when the car turned out of a sideroad, just after 8pm.

A teenage boy was riding the bike, and the woman of the white Ford Kuga got out and spoke to him, before both parties left the scene.

It was later discovered that the boy needed hospital treatment for a serious leg injury.

Officers are keen to identify and speak with the driver of the car, and are asking for them to get in contact, as well as anyone with any information or footage relating to the incident.
