Appeal after 23-year-old dies from Harlow collision

The woman's family are being supported by officers

Essex Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with footage to get in contact after a fatal collision in Harlow.

On Sunday July 2nd, at around 10:30am, officers were called to a crash on First Avenue with a car and a pedestrian, who was taken to hospital.

The 23-year-old woman sadly died yesterday (July 4). Her family are being supported.

The collision happened near to St Mary at Latton Church, and the driver did stop at the scene and is assisting officers with their enquiries.

Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances around the collision from the Serious Collisions Investigation Unit, and are appealing for those who may have witnessed the incident or anyone with more information to get in touch.
