Greatest Hits Radio's Simon Mayo hosted the TV Choice Awards 2020

Back in 2020, we were delighted as the day arrived for the annual TV Choice Awards to commence, and who better to present the prestigious event than Greatest Hits Radio's Drivetime host Simon Mayo?!
Speaking about the 2020 awards, Simon Mayo said: "As voted for entirely by fans, The TV Choice Awards are a chance for us as viewers to celebrate the shows that have made the biggest impact in the last year.
"Join me in marking the achievements of our favourite TV stars as we settle in for a night of big reveals, speeches and maybe even a surprise or two."
The nominations for the TV Choice Awards 2020 included some of the most talked about shows around. Normal People, along with the leading actors Paul Mescal and Daisy Edgar-Jones was nominated, with Killing Eve, starring Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer, picking up a nomination for Best Drama Series, and of course Gogglebox/Celebrity Gogglebox made an appearance in the Best Entertainment Show category.
