Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield's This Morning replacements revealed
The pair are having some time off for Christmas!
It's that festive time of year again, which means regular hosts of This Morning, Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield, are taking a break from the popular show, and handing over the reigns for the remainder of the year.
Following their final live show on Friday 11th December, in which they carried out an amazing pantomime with the help of Joanna Lumley and Sheridan Smith, Holly and Phillip announced the show would be their last for a while.
Announcing their replacements after much speculation, Phillip told viewers, "That’s it from us now, Eamonn and Ruth are with you from Monday."
However, if you are a fan of the hilarious duo don't panic! Phillip went on to reveal they will be on our TV screens for a special show on Christmas Day. He added, “But we will be back with you from 10am on Christmas morning.”

After rumours emerged earlier this year that married couple Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes had been axed on the show in favour of Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary, ITV later confirmed the pair will still remain part of the This Morning family.
A statement released in December reads, 'We are pleased to announce that Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary are set to join the This Morning family as regular hosts.
'The dynamic duo will share hosting duties with Phillip Schofield, Holly Willoughby, Eamonn Holmes OBE and Ruth Langsford from January 2021.' (sic)
The new changes on the programme will come into effect from January 2021.
This Morning continues every weekday on ITV.
