AJ Pritchard urges fans to VOTE for him to do Bushtucker Trials on I'm A Celeb

He wants to do all of the nasty trials!

If you cast your mind back to the previous 19 series of hit show I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, you'll probably struggle to find many celebs who've actually wanted to take on the nasty Bushtucker Trials.

The likes of Gemma Collins, Gillian McKeith, Helen Flanagan and Paul Burrell are just a small handful of past contestants that have given viewers hours of laughter taking on the famous trials.

But it sounds like the 2020 series might be very different! After being announced as an official contestant on Sunday 8th November, former Strictly Come Dancing star AJ Pritchard has urged his fans to vote for him to do all of the trials!

He wrote on Instagram, 'I’m absolutely ecstatic to be taking part in @imacelebrity 🤩.. this has always been a childhood dream of mine to take part in, as I have watched every series.

'I can’t wait for everyone to get to know me more. I want to do as many trials as possible in the castle 🏰 to make you all laugh with/ at me, during this tough time of lockdown 2.0. #enjoy Lots of Love, see you at 9pm every night @itv .. Stay Safe, wish me luck AJ.' (sic)

AJ's fans and celebrity friends were quick to comment on his post, with many wishing him luck for the series, which begins on Sunday 15th November.

AJ's former Strictly partner Saffron Barker wrote, 'Routing for you all the way!!❤️ Good luck partner 🙌🏽', with former I'm A Celeb contestant Jake Quickenden writing, 'Good luck mate'.

Love Island's Eyal Booker then commented, 'Congrats man! Will be rooting for your 🙌'. (sic)

Popular presenters Ant and Dec confirmed the 2020 cast during Sunday night's special show, where they looked back at the last 19 series and finally took part in their first ever Bushtucker trials.

The pair, who have hosted the show since 2002, were put to the task by former Extra Camp presenter Joel Dommett, and it certainly went down well with viewers.

The 20th series of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here hits our TV screens on Sunday 15th November.
