Tears for Fears have released their new album 'The Tipping Point'
It's their first album since 2004
Tears for Fears have released their first album in 18 years, 'The Tipping Point'. It came out on 25th February, and the album has been highly anticipated since it was announced last year. Several singles were released in the lead up to the full album release and the entire album is now available on CD, Vinyl and to stream digitally.
The band, made up of Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith, brought out their lead track 'The Tipping Point' in October 2021 and to fans' delight they later released 'No Small Thing' and 'Break The Man'.
They have now released the full 10-track album, with songs that explore some of the things the pair have experienced over the past decade, and reflect upon their personal and professional "tipping points."
The album is many years in the making, and Roland previously spoke about how the album came together: "Before everything went so right with this album, everything first had to go wrong, it took years, but something happens when we put our heads together. We’ve got this balance, this push-me-pull-you thing – and it works really well."
Fans will get the chance to hear these new songs performed live as Tears for Fears embark on their 'The Tipping Point' 2022 tour. This is their first UK tour in three years, and it will see them perform in cities across England, Scotland and Wales.
