Jon Bon Jovi invited to Leeds United after wearing team's colours

Eponymous Bon Jovi frontman Jon Bon Jovi has been invited to Leeds United’s home stadium Elland Road after he donned their training kit in a photograph.
The Premier League team’s owner, Italian businessman Andrea Radrizzani, took to Twitter last night (12th May) to share a photo of Jon Bon Jovi casually standing on a New York balcony while wearing a Leeds United tracksuit top.
Radrizzani wrote: “That badge ...looks so shining (sic) on you. well done @jonbonjovi see you at Elland Road next season.”
Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford is an outspoken Bon Jovi aficionado and has said in interviews he listens to the New Jersey rockers to get pumped before matches.
Jon Bon Jovi said in response: “(Patrick) is great. He gets motivated listening to Bon Jovi before a game. What could be better than that?”
Other Leeds United fans from the music world include James’ Tim Booth and Def Leppard’s Vivian Campbell.
Bon Jovi released their latest studio album ‘Bon Jovi 2020’ in October 2020. Maybe Elland Road will be one of the pit-stops on their next global tour?
