Earlier this year, the incredible movie Elvis was released, starring Austin Butler and Tom Hanks, and now it's been announced that a new Elvis album will be released featuring loads of his classic songs, as well as unreleased material.

The new album celebrates 50 years since the iconic singer went on his monumental 1972 concert trek. During his sold-out 1972 national tour, Elvis found different ways to connect with his audience by working with his band and choosing set lists, including different genres of his music, such as pop, gospel, traditional country, blues, rock and contemporary hits.

Featured on the seven discs are unreleased recordings from three of Elvis' concerts, as well as a remixed San Antonio concert. It also includes pre-tour rehearsals and the full Golden Globe-winning documentary film, of the same name, on Blu-ray.

'Elvis On Tour' has been described as a 'newly-compiled 50th anniversary celebration of Presley's monumental 1972 concert trek'. The seven-disc album features unreleased live and studio material of The King of Rock and Roll, which fans will love.
