Alanis Morissette to celebrate Jagged Little Pill's 25th anniversary at UK shows

Canadian music icon Alanis Morissette has announced a trio of very special UK arena concerts for autumn 2020.
Taking in London The O2 (Monday 28th September), Birmingham Utilita Arena (Tuesday 29th September) and Manchester Arena (Sunday 4th October), the shows celebrate the 25th anniversary of Alanis Morissette’s seminal album ‘Jagged Little Pill’ and her upcoming album ‘Such Pretty Forks in the Road’.
Tickets to the UK arena dates go on sale from Aloud at 9am on Friday 28th February. Support comes from Liz Phair.
The UK shows are part of a larger European run that will see Alanis perform in 13 cities, kicking off in Copenhagen on 23rd September and concluding at Paris’ AccorHotels Arena on 22nd October.
Featuring the lead singles ‘Reasons I Drink’ and the newly premiered ‘Smiling’, Alanis Morissette’s ninth studio album ‘Such Pretty Forks in the Road’ is released ahead of the tour on Friday 1st May.
Released in June 1995, ‘Jagged Little Pill’ is one of the best-selling albums of all time shifting more than 33 million copies globally.
‘Jagged Little Pill’ spawned the huge singles ‘You Oughta Know’, ‘Hand in My Pocket’, ‘Ironic’, ‘You Learn’, ‘Head over Feet’ and ‘All I Really Want’, and it won five Grammy Awards including Album of the Year.
