After Westlife announced their 2020 tour, much to the delight of their legion of fans, it seemed like Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan, Mark Feehily and Shane Filan would be too busy to fit anymore work in.
But that might all be about to change, as it has been reported that the popular band, who were managed by Louis Walsh, have been approached to make a West End musical based on their musical career.
Speaking to Mail Online, insiders have said that the ‘Boys have been approached to make it happen and all options are on the table.
‘Westlife are not your typical boyband. They grew up in rugged, rural Irleand. They didn’t do fame school'.
The insiders added, ‘They performed together at school, had big dreams of making music, and later met Louis Walsh who helped make it all happen.’
