Meghan Markle reveals due date as Prince Harry sparks speculation over the name
The Royal baby is on its way VERY soon
Last updated 14th Jan 2019
Ever since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex - AKA Prince Harry and Meghan Markle - got married last year, fans of the Royal couple had been wondering when the pitter patter of tiny feet would be heard.
But they didn't have to wonder for very long, as Harry and Meghan announced their pregnancy in October 2018 with a tweet from the Kensington Royal account, which read, 'Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019.'
Of course, after the pregnancy was so wonderfully announced, many were left scrutinising the message for any further details around when the baby might be due. However, Meghan herself has now revealed that the Royal baby will be born at the end of April or early in May. How exciting!
According to the MailOnline, eyewitness Kim Thompson who was at Meghan and Harry's official visit to Birkenhead today (14th Jan) revealed that Meghan had told her, telling the publication, "She said she is six months pregnant and due at the end of April, beginning of May."

But that wasn't the only piece of vital information that Kim was able to glean from the parents-to-be, as Harry also expressed interest in one particular name, explaining, "Harry was asking a mum how she spelled her daughter's name – Lily."
Could this mean that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expecting a little girl? Apparently not - or so they say, as Meghan told a nine-year-old onlooker who asked about the gender, "We don't know whether it's a boy or girl, we are keeping it as a surprise."
She also gushed over her husband and his parenting skills, reportedly saying, "He's going to make a fantastic father," whilst pointing to Prince Harry.
Congratulations!
