Liam Gallagher cancels show after breaking his nose falling out of a helicopter

Liam Gallagher has been forced to postpone his show in Belfast on Friday night (24th September) after he broke his nose falling out of a helicopter following his headline set at Cinch presents Isle of Wight Festival.

On Saturday morning, just hours after Liam triumphed at Isle of Wight Festival, the 49-year-old Oasis icon took to Twitter to share a photo of his injured nose and bloodied face.

He wrote at the time: 'So check this out I fell out the helicopter last night you couldn’t rite it all good who said RnR is dead Keith moon eat your drum skin out C’mon you know LG x'

As a result of his injuries, Liam has now revealed he can’t sing and he’s been advised to rest up on doctor’s orders.

Unfortunately, this means his gig at Ormeau Park in Belfast on Friday – his final live show of 2021 – will no longer go ahead and it’s been rescheduled for Friday 24th June 2022.

Liam tweeted: 'Absolutely gutted to cancel my Belfast show this weekend. I had an accident after IOW festival and have bust my nose so cant sing.

'The Doctors have told me to rest up. Apologies to all the people who has bought tickets.. the show is being rescheduled...i'll make it up to ya. LG x'
