It looks like Jacqueline Jossa is well and truly moving on from her role as Lauren Branning in EastEnders, after announcing her brand new venture on social media. The mum-of-two, to four-year-old Ella and one-year-old Mia, has revealed on Instagram that she's opening her own performing arts academy for children.

The new school, that will open in Bexleyheath, in London, is called the Jac Jossa Academy and caters for kids from the ages of three and above who want to act, sing or dance.

The academy will also run 'self confidence workshops' for students because they 'want to work with parents to see your children grow in confidence and flourish!'

On the website for Jacqueline's academy, it explains the real reason the 26-year-old has launched her new career.

'Jacqueline has first hand inside knowledge of the performance industry and is keen to pass on her extensive knowledge to the students at the academy,' it reads.

'She has tips and techniques which she has learnt on the job which you can’t learn anywhere else. The academy and your children will also benefit from agents being invited to performances and actors from the industry providing master classes and workshops.'

Lots of Jacqueline's followers rushed to praise her, with one person writing, 'What an achievement! Well done you!'

Another commented, 'Congratulations @jacjossa. Your hardwork has paid off. It looks like such an incredible academy who will be loved by all. Wishing you nothing but happiness during you and your academy's journey! 🎭.'

Someone else said, 'Finally all the hard work you’ve put in you get see the fruits of your labour congratulations, now the fun starts x.'

A fourth wrote, 'I’m so proud of you Jacqueline x.'

One more added, 'Can’t wait to start the intense acting class in a few weeks!!'
