They say pretty hurts, but Holly Hagan's recent laser facial is something else.

The Geordie Star original took to Instagram to share the results of the treatment, also underwent by Alexandra Cane, and it doesn't look like a walk in the park.

Holly shared a glimpse of her face, which was bloody and enflamed, and admitted she will now go into hiding for 10 days until it calms down.

Delving into why she chose to have such an intense treatment, Holly admitted, "My skin was just so badly scarred from spots and I had a lot of pigmentation and sun damage.

"It is a really invasive treatment."

Charlotte Crosby's pal also admitted the pain level of the treatment was a 10 and that it was unexpected, so nurses had to hold her hand as it was carried out.

"I had every form of numbing, cream and injections and I still felt everything," she wrote.

"I won't lie it was extremely painful for me. I wasn't actually expecting it to be that bad."

Despite the agonising pain, the facial is set to clear Holly's complexion and destroy her acne scars. The star shared the results of those who'd had the treatment before her to illustrate why she'd put herself in so much pain for the treatment.

The reality TV star has made no secret of her penchant for cosmetic enhancement, but explained she's only had non-surgical treatments on her face.

“Anything on my face has not been a surgical procedure - it's non-surgical," she explained.

“However, I have had Botox on the top of my head because when I cry on TV, my eyebrows look like sperm.

“I also had lip fillers over a year ago now."
