A man has been charged after a 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped in Edinburgh.
The incident happened in a basement storage area on York Place in the city centre at around 5am on Sunday May 25.
Police said a 20-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with an alleged serious sexual assault.
He will appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court in due course.
A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
