Man arrested after Bathgate crash that killed 17-year-old girl
It happened just before midnight on Monday at the Boghead Roundabout
A 20-year-old man’s been arrested after a fatal crash in Bathgate.
It happened just before midnight on Monday 9 June at the Boghead Roundabout, involving a Volkswagen Polo and an HGV.
A 17-year-old girl died at the scene, while another passenger, aged 18, was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
The man has been released while police continue their investigation.
The circumstances surrounding the incident have been referred to the Police Investigations and Review Commissioner.
