As family and friends of Reece Rodger approach two weeks since he was reported missing, they're planning on carrying out the biggest search yet for him.

The 28-year-old from Fife went on a camping trip with friends near Loch Rannoch in Perthshire on the weekend of 17th March, and was last seen by friends at around 11.30pm on the Saturday.

He was thought to just be going off to bed but there was no sign of him the following morning and was reported missing.

It comes as police revealed yesterday they're following up two possible sightings of Reece.

A Facebook post in a group named Please Help to Find Reece said: "The biggest search for Reece yet - Saturday 1st & Sunday 2nd April.

"Can we be out in force on Saturday and Sunday, please? Let’s mark the 2nd week of Reece’s disappearance with as many people as possible.

"I need Reece home now. He’s missed more than ever.

"My boys need their daddy… and I need my best pal".

Reece is described as 6ft, of medium build with dark hair.

When last seen he was wearing a black long-sleeved t-shirt with distinctive white letters on both sleeves spelling out – MA STRUM, black jogging bottoms and black wellington boots.

Inspector Stephen Gray has said: "“We are continuing to speak to people in the local area and study any CCTV or personal footage that could help trace Reece.

“This is a very difficult and upsetting time for Reece’s family who are extremely concerned that he has not been in contact with them since last Saturday.

"This is completely out of character for him.

“If you have any dash-cam or private CCTV, please check it in case there is any detail that may help our search.

"If you have seen Reece, or have any information, no matter how small, please contact us on 101 with reference number 1348 of Sunday, 19 March.”
