Young People Speak To Viking Ahead Of Election

We've been looking into what young people in Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire want from the country's next leader.

It's less than a month until we get to vote for who we want to run the country.

But with recent figures showing almost half of young people in Britain aren't engaged in politics - we've been finding out what they're thinking ahead of the election.

We went to The Grimsy Institute to find out if students there will be voting and to discover what issues matter to them.

We met with Nathan, Chloe and Daniel who are all studying for their A-Levels.

They want to see more done to tackle youth unemployment and think there should be more support for young people both during their course and after graduating.
