Hull KR have given out-of-contract full-back Will Dagger a new two-year deal.

The 22-year-old was loaned to Championship club Featherstone earlier in the year but has impressed in his last two matches for the Robins and is now contracted to the club until the end of 2023.

Hull KR coach Tony Smith said: "I'm pleased for Will. It's based on the way he applies himself on and off the field. We feel we're going to be able to help him develop over the next few years.

"We want hard-working, talented young players coming through at the club.

"For his young age, he's been around the professional game a long time now and we feel he can help us progress as a team."
