UPDATE: 2 Fled, 2 Dead And One Badly Hurt After Doncaster Crash
Two people have died and another man's critically injured, after a car smashed into the front garden of a house in Doncaster, and burst into flame.
Five people were in the car at the time, and 2 men ran away from the scene.
Police are now looking for them, and believe they may be badly injured too.
The car crashed on Poppyfield’s Way at around 12:50 pm yesterday.
It was Michael Burton’s parents’ house that got hit, he told Viking:
“I work at the garden centre just down the road, and I heard something but I didn’t think much of it, and then I walked out of the front gate and legged it up here, and I was in pieces.
I knew my girlfriend was in there at the time, I made sure she was OK, then more or less moved the three cars from the drive, while the car was on fire in the garden.”

They told us how they helped the victim who's now critically ill in hospital:
Jennifer “I was in the front room and I just heard an almighty crash! It was on fire, the car had exploded!”
Kelsey “Two lads came out, and we were screaming weren’t we, saying is there anybody else in there, and his friend came out, and he was on fire, mum took her cardigan off, put his hair out, and we took him into here into our hallway, and he was just saying help, I’m dying I’m dying!”

Well South Yorkshire Police have released this statement:
"Concern is growing for two men who police believe were seriously injured after a car crashed into a house in Doncaster yesterday (Tuesday 25 August).
Witnesses have reported seeing the men leave the scene of the crash, which happened at around 12.50pm in Poppyfields Way.
Reports suggest that at least one of them had serious injuries and had lost a significant amount of blood.
Despite extensive enquiries carried out by police to find them, they have not yet been located.
*Inspector Steve Askham, from the Serious Collisions Unit, said: *
“From the witness accounts we have so far, one of the men had a terrible leg injury, which we believe was caused by the fire. People have told us the men were seriously injured and we believe they need urgent medical attention due to the impact of the crash and also the fire.
“No one has presented themselves at hospital with these injuries or at our local GPs, so the likelihood is that these men are still suffering with serious injuries, which could be life-threatening and have terrible consequences. I urge them to come forward to get the treatment they need.
“Also, I urge anyone who knows were these men are to come forward and tell us what you know so that we can ensure they are safe and well.”
Insp Askham added that he appeals anyone in the area at the time of the crash who took photographs or moving footage of what happened, to come forward with their material.
He said:
“Witnesses have been sharing their images and footage online and with the media, but I’d urge them to contact us as what they saw could be crucial to our investigation. “
Two other men inside the car died at the scene. Another man, who was also inside the car, is being treated for life-threatening injuries.
Police are currently unable to confirm who was sitting where inside the car. Work is ongoing to formally identify the two deceased men.
One woman was inside the house at the time of the collision. She was not injured.
A police presence will continue in the area today while officers speak to local residents and review CCTV.
