Two teenagers arrested after man threatened in Goole

Humberside Police were called out to reports of a man being threatened with violence yesterday afternoon.

Humberside Police were called out just before 4pm to Boothferry Road in Goole on Monday 22nd March following reports that a man was threatened with violence by two males.

Some local residents took to social media stating they could see police helicopters, armed officers and police dogs around the bike path, train tracks and the blue foot bridge.

A spokesperson from Humberside Police said: "Two youths aged 15 and 17 have been arrested in connection with this allegation and our enquiries are ongoing. If anyone witnessed this incident or knows anything in relation to it we ask them to call us on 101 quoting log number 378 of 22 March 2021."
