Teenager seriously injured after assault in Hull

An 18 year-old was taken to hospital with serious injuries after being assaulted in Hull.
It happened around 3.15pm on Saturday 24 July on Whitefriargate.
Officers were called to reports of report of a fight - the teenager suffered a serious head injury.
In a statement, Humberside Police said: "We are now appealing for anyone with information, or anyone who was in the area at the time who may have witnessed the assault, who has not yet spoken with us, to contact us on 101 quoting crime reference 16/74484/21."
