Six months on from an investigation was launched into a Hull Funeral Directors - families affected tell us they're feeling lost.
Police were called to Legacy Independent Funeral Directors back in March, to concerns around the care of the deceased.
Since, more than 160 families have been contacted around concerns for ashes - with people not receiving their loved ones back.
Darren Kendall received the wrong ashes for his mum, he said:
"We got the original ashes back that were checked by a lady at the crematorium, they were in the original box along with the paperwork. I just feel lost with it all.”
Tristan Essex, from Hull was told his grandmother was one of the 35 bodies that was recovered from the funeral home – he said:
“We found out after receiving some ashes thinking everything was over that my grandma’s body was still resting in the back of the funeral directors. It plays on my mind the fact we had the service at Legacy.”
