A Scunthorpe man has been jailed for 15 months after being caught breaking into a house in New Waltham.
46 year old Stephen Cleary, of Frances Street, was arrested after being spotted leaving a house on Pemberton Drive.
He'd forced his way into the property and rummaged through its contents, looking for valuable, before leaving.
He was sentenced for attempted dwelling burglary and possession of a bladed article at Grimsby Crown Court on Friday (4th).
