Police appeal after van driver assaulted in Brough
It happened after a crash on the A63 yesterday
Police are appealing for information after a crash between a car and a van on the A63 at Brough yesterday.
At around 1:45pm, a silver Audi collided with a white ford transit van close to the eastbound A63 junction.
The driver of the car is alleged to have assaulted the van driver with a weapon before fleeing the scene.
The van driver didn't suffer an serious injuries but was left shaken up by the incident.
Humberside Police are trying to find the driver of the Audi, described as an Asian man in the company of an Asian woman.
Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.
