Man charged after cannabis farm worth £77k found in North Lincolnshire

A man has been charged after officers found a cannabis farm at a property on Ripon Close in Scunthorpe.

Sokol Mejdani, 54, of no fixed abode has been charged with being concerned in the production of Class B drugs.

Upon entering the address on Friday (1 August), officers are believed to have discovered a suspected cannabis grow.

An initial inspection suggests the value of the farm is around £77k.

A man was subsequently arrested at the scene.

He has been remanded into custody to appear at court at a later date.
